To participate, you must create an account with us and submit a completed application.

A valid PayPal, bank account or any valid method is required to facilitate payment disbursements.

By applying for the Affiliate Program, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

You must not reside in any country currently under sanctions imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, a status that may change at any time.

After submitting your online application, GStory will conduct a review and may, at its sole discretion, accept you as an Affiliate based on brand compatibility and demographic alignment, which will be subject to ongoing evaluation.

If selected, you will receive an approval notification via email through the third-party service providers.

Once approved, you will gain access to your account and be issued a unique URL ("Unique URL") to promote on your website and social media platforms in accordance with this Agreement.

GStory reserves the right to periodically re-evaluate your Affiliate status and may terminate your participation in the program at any time, with termination taking effect immediately upon notification.

The "Eligible Products" on which you can earn a commission include our GStory Subscription Plan and Pay-as-you-go Plan. These products are available for purchase through either a monthly subscription or a one-time payment. Please note that custom-priced packages that are not self-service do not qualify as eligible.

We utilize third-party service providers to track customer engagement from the initial click of your Unique URL to the purchase of an Eligible Product on the GStory website.

You will earn a commission of 25% for each Valid Purchase of an Eligible Product made by a New GStory Customer for one year. A "New GStory Customer" is defined as a customer who has never subscribed to or paid for any GStory products (regardless of eligibility) in the past.

A "Valid Purchase" is defined as a purchase made by a New GStory Customer who clicked on your Unique URL and acquired an Eligible Product from the GStory website. We retain the sole discretion to determine whether a purchase qualifies as a Valid Purchase and have the authority to resolve any discrepancies in tracking.

You acknowledge that we hold the rights to all tracking data generated through your participation in this Affiliate Program, as tracked by third-party service providers.

You will earn a Commission when a Referral makes a Valid Purchase as defined in this Agreement. A "Referral" is a New GStory Customer who completes a Valid Purchase.

Affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 25% on the subscription sale price of Eligible Products for a maximum term of 12 consecutive months from the initial sale. No Commissions are provided on renewal terms. For monthly subscriptions, you can earn a Commission on consecutive monthly renewals up to 12 months. If the Referral terminates their subscription before the 12-month period ends, further commissions will not be issued.

GStory reserves the right to modify Commission percentages with written notice, effective immediately for any Referrals after the notice date. High-performing Affiliates may qualify for increased Commission rates at GStory's discretion.

Commissions are typically paid on the 15th of the month for Valid Purchases made the previous month. You must have a PayPal account or provide bank details for payment processing, and you agree to supply the necessary information to GStory.

Deductions: Commissions will exclude taxes, VAT, transaction fees, and related costs. GStory reserves the right to reverse Commissions due to returns, cancellations, or erroneous payments. Additionally, Commissions may be deferred or denied for disputed orders or if the Affiliate violates this Agreement.

GStory reserves the right to reject affiliate applications for any reason, and we may choose whether to provide an explanation for the rejection. The following are examples of reasons an application may be rejected (this is not an exhaustive list):

To maintain the integrity of GStory and ensure a positive experience for everyone, the following promotional methods are prohibited:

GStory may provide you with promotional materials, including graphic banners, GStory marks, logos, and other content for use on your website or social media platforms ("Licensed Materials"). We grant you a limited license to use these Licensed Materials in accordance with this Agreement and any brand guidelines we may provide.

The GStory Eligible Products, Licensed Materials, including GStory marks, domain names, and promotional materials, are our intellectual property and encompass trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets.

As an Affiliate, you acknowledge our ownership of all customer-related information, including that generated from Referrals. You must respect our intellectual property rights at all times and fully comply with this Agreement.

As an Affiliate, you affirm that you will adhere to all relevant U.S. and international laws, rules, and regulations. This encompasses, but is not limited to, regulations governing marketing communications like the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. You'll also need to follow guidelines from the FTC concerning marketing practices, endorsements, and the disclosure of material relationships. Additionally, compliance with anti-spam laws, privacy regulations (including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the General Data Protection Regulation), and regulations against false or misleading advertising, as well as intellectual property laws, is mandatory.

When promoting via third-party social media platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram, you must comply with all applicable policies, terms of service, community standards, and values of those platforms.

If you are marketing or acting as an Affiliate outside the U.S., you take FULL responsibility for ensuring compliance with all local laws concerning marketing and privacy. If you are unsure of the relevant regulations that apply to you, it is advisable to consult with a legal professional or local consumer protection authority for comprehensive guidance on compliant Affiliate practices.

GStory reserves the right to change, modify, or eliminate the Affiliate Program and any portion of this Agreement or related policies at any time and for any reason at our discretion. This includes the authority to alter or discontinue benefits or Commissions associated with the Affiliate Program or merge it with another program. Any updated terms will be posted on our website or communicated to you via email. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program indicates your acceptance of these updated terms.

We also reserve the right to suspend or remove Affiliates from the GStory Affiliate Program at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason, with or without cause, by notifying the other party. Upon termination, you agree to immediately stop using your Unique URL and all links to GStory websites, as well as any GStory Licensed Materials, including our marks. Additionally, Affiliates terminated for malicious or fraudulent behavior will forfeit any previously earned Commissions, without limiting our other available remedies.

You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and GStory. You have no authority to make or accept offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make statements, either on your website or elsewhere, that could contradict this section. You may be required to complete a Form W-9 or other paperwork as a condition for receiving your Commission, and you agree to cooperate with all requests from GStory to complete necessary documentation related to your participation in the Affiliate Program and comply with applicable tax obligations.

By agreeing to this Agreement, you consent to resolve any disputes with GStory through binding arbitration, waiving your right to a jury trial or class-action proceedings. Before initiating arbitration, you must provide written notice of the dispute to GStory and attempt to resolve the issue informally within a 60-day period. If unresolved after this period, arbitration may commence.

Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under either the JAMS International Arbitration Rules and Procedures or the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules, depending on your location. The arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California, unless both parties agree otherwise. Claims must be brought individually; consolidation or class action is not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties.

However, claims involving intellectual property rights infringement or unauthorized use/disclosure of confidential information may be brought to a court of competent jurisdiction. Such claims will be exclusively handled by the courts in San Francisco, California, and governed by California law.

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to maintain its enforceability, while the rest of the Agreement will continue in effect. Any amendments or waivers require written consent from both parties. Our failure to enforce any obligation here does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision of this Agreement.

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and GStory regarding this Affiliate Program and does not modify or supersede any other agreements you may have with us.

GStory reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time, including the Commission rate. Any changes will take effect immediately upon notice.
